中海德20BD022A0AYNAND0好貨場效應(yīng)管操作中注意事項容易損壞,使用中操作不當(dāng)便會損壞管子,特別是絕緣柵場效應(yīng)管更容易損壞。在焊接時,電烙鐵的外殼要接保護性地線,以防止漏電和感應(yīng)而擊穿管子,并做好散熱工作,對絕緣柵場效應(yīng)管,柵極特別容易擊穿,這是因為柵極處于高度絕緣狀態(tài),柵極與襯底之間相當(dāng)于一個容量很小的電容器,由于容量小,只要感應(yīng)少量電荷,電壓便會很高,加上柵極高度絕緣,輸入阻抗高,電荷不易放掉,很容易將絕緣層擊穿。在使用、焊接絕緣柵場效應(yīng)管時,要注意以下幾個方面:電烙鐵外殼要可靠接地,或在焊接時拔掉電烙鐵插頭,焊接時先焊接S極,后焊接G極,再焊接D極,對于三根引腳已用導(dǎo)線短接的管子,先將各引腳焊好后,再解除繞在引腳上的導(dǎo)線。
