過濾分離主要基于以下三種機(jī)理 直接攔截 慣性撞擊 擴(kuò)散攔截
直接攔截 : 液體中的基本過濾機(jī)制,本質(zhì)是一種篩分效應(yīng),機(jī)械攔截顆粒,當(dāng)顆粒大于流道孔徑時(shí)即被該結(jié)構(gòu)去除,通過搭橋作用,尺寸小于濾孔的顆粒也可被攔截,
慣性撞擊:尺寸小于濾材孔徑的顆粒的輔助攔截方式,流體攜帶的顆粒由于質(zhì)量和線速度而具有直線運(yùn)動(dòng)的慣性,顆粒離開流體主流而撞擊到濾材上,當(dāng)流體改變運(yùn)動(dòng)方向時(shí),慣性使顆粒撞擊到濾材表面, 因吸附力的存在顆粒便停留在撞擊表面。當(dāng)流經(jīng)過濾介質(zhì)時(shí)流體必須沿彎曲通道行進(jìn).這將增加該過濾機(jī)理的有效性。
過濾介質(zhì)的過濾/分離效率由于直接攔截 慣性撞擊 擴(kuò)散攔截的共同作用而增強(qiáng)。
濾芯更換及清洗
過濾器底部的濾頭上裝有壓差發(fā)訊器,當(dāng)過
濾器內(nèi)的濾芯壓差達(dá)到 3bar 時(shí),壓差發(fā)訊
器發(fā)出開關(guān)信號(hào)給主機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),并由主機(jī)
控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出警報(bào),以提示更換濾芯(油溫
低于 40℃報(bào)警信號(hào)被忽略)。
